How many hens fit in each coop?

Each coop has a stated capacity range based on 4 sq ft of indoor space and 10 sq ft of attached run space per standard-breed hen. Bantams need less, large breeds more.

Are these coops predator-proof?

Hardware cloth (welded steel mesh with 1/2-inch openings) is predator-resistant against raccoons, hawks, weasels, snakes, and rats. We use hardware cloth on every panel, not chicken wire.

How long does shipping take?

Most US orders ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-10 days. East Coast and Central: 3-7 days. West Coast: 5-10 days.

Will this coop handle snow and winter?
