These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Roost N Run website at roostnrun.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make. Roost N Run is a trade name of Luminadeus LLC, registered in New Mexico, USA. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
You may, but are not required to, create an account on roostnrun.com to track orders, save addresses, and speed up future checkouts. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@roostnrun.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for more than 24 months.

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date and we will arrange replacement or refund at no cost.

We work to keep product descriptions, capacity recommendations, and specifications accurate. Capacity figures (number of hens) are guidance based on US poultry welfare standards and may vary with breed, climate, and free-range access. Photos may show coops in landscaped settings; backgrounds, fencing, and accessories are not included unless explicitly listed.
Frames and hardware carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from weather extremes, predator attacks, modifications, or normal wear. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Luminadeus LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or the Site, including (without limitation) loss of livestock, lost profits, or property damage. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
All Site content (text, images, logos, product descriptions, illustrations, and code) is owned by Luminadeus LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
If you submit a product review, photo, comment, or other content to the Site or our team, you grant Roost N Run a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for promotional, marketing, and customer-support purposes, with attribution by first name and initial of last name where reasonable. You confirm that the content is yours, does not violate any third-party rights, and is not defamatory, false, or unlawful. We may remove user-submitted content at our discretion without notice.
You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, harass other users, transmit malware, scrape large volumes of content, or interfere with the Site's operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless applicable consumer-protection law mandates a different venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
