Roost N Run is a trade name of Luminadeus LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company with its principal place of business at 2201 Menaul Blvd NE Ste A, Albuquerque NM 87107, United States. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this Privacy Policy refer to Luminadeus LLC.

Information we collect

• Order information: name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number, payment information (processed and stored by Shopify Payments and Shop Pay — we do not store card numbers).
• Account information: email and password if you create an optional account.
• Communication: emails, chat, or phone calls when you contact our support team.
• Browsing data: pages visited, products viewed, cart events, device type, referrer URL, IP address. Collected via Shopify analytics, Google Analytics 4, and Klaviyo.
• Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, preference cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads).

How we use it

• Process and ship your orders.
• Communicate order updates, shipping notifications, and post-purchase support.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share what is necessary to fulfill your order and operate the business:

• Payment processors: Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Affirm/Klarna if you use a payment plan.
• Shipping carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers for commercial-sized coops.
• Email service: Klaviyo (transactional and marketing emails).
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking.

Your rights

California residents (CCPA): You may request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information. You also have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. To exercise these rights, email support@roostnrun.com.

International visitors: Roost N Run ships only to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not knowingly process orders from outside the US, and our services are not directed to residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other non-US jurisdictions. If you reach our site from outside the US and submit personal information (e.g., browsing the catalog, signing up for our newsletter), email support@roostnrun.com to request access, correction, or deletion of that information.

Children: Our store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Data retention

We keep order records for 7 years to comply with US tax law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept while your account is active.

Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS-certified providers (Shopify Payments, Shop Pay). Our website uses HTTPS encryption on all pages.
