Your coop ships in 2-4 boxes, depending on the model. Each box contains pre-cut, pre-drilled panels labeled to match the assembly instructions. You'll need a power drill and 1-6 hours to assemble (depending on coop size).
Why flat-pack? Pre-assembled coops are expensive to ship (think furniture truck delivery, $300-500 surcharge), get damaged in transit, and can't fit through most gates. Flat-pack means free or low-cost shipping, no damage in transit, and your coop fits in your yard exactly where you want it.

Every shipment includes a tracking link sent to the email you used at checkout. You can also log into your account at /account to see all your orders and tracking. If a tracking number stops updating for more than 3 days, message us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
It happens occasionally. Carriers handle thousands of boxes a day. If your coop arrives with damaged or missing parts:
You don't need to send the damaged coop back. Keep it, we'll send what you need.
We currently ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico only. If you're outside the US and want a Roost N Run coop, let us know — we keep a waitlist and may open international shipping based on demand.
