Your run leaves our US warehouse on a freight pallet within 3-5 business days of order. We email you the BOL and tracking number.
The freight carrier contacts you to schedule a 4-hour curbside delivery window. Lift-gate service is included by default.
Driver lowers the pallet to your driveway or curb. Plan to move boxes to the install site yourself or arrange help — pallets weigh 400-1200 lbs.
Most premium walk-ins assemble in 6-12 hours with 2-3 people. Pre-sort hardware before unboxing and plan a Saturday-Sunday install.
